A Field Support Technician is responsible for providing on-site technical assistance, including installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of equipment or systems. The role involves visiting customer locations, identifying and resolving technical issues, supporting service and maintenance tasks, and ensuring proper functioning of devices. Field Support Technicians also maintain service records, follow safety procedures, and coordinate with senior technicians or support teams to deliver timely and reliable technical solutions.
Education & Qualification:
ITI / Diploma (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related trade)
Key Responsibilities:
Provide on-site technical support
Troubleshoot basic equipment and system issues
Assist in installation and servicing activities
Maintain service reports and job records
Preferred Experience:
Minimum 1 year in field or technical support role
